Confessions of a Coach

I must make a confession. I'm not perfect. If you knew my mom, she'd be the first person to tell you that. Well, my husband would be second in line to tell you that too!

Last week wasn't one of my finest weeks to date! I literally felt like I had a tape worm! First, let me start by saying I wasn't feeling well. What's the old saying, "Starve a fever, feed a cold"? Well, I've been suffering from a horrible sore throat for weeks so my remedy for that was ice cream. I know, I know...that's not on the 21 Day Fix menu. But, I was eating Halo Top. It's low in everything. But, still...

Next...I missed a few days of working out because when you're under the weather you just aren't feeling 110%. Plus, with my lung and heart issues I just couldn't push it. So that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

Coaches even have excuses and need accountability & challenge groups to help stay accountable too. We rely on other coaches and our challengers as much as the challengers rely on us.

We're all human. The 21 Day Fix has allowances and we're NOT on a diet. This is a lifestyle. You're able to drink in moderation and eat sweets within moderation. The good thing about sweets is, you can make healthy alternative sweets that taste exactly like the fattening sweets with no regrets!

So, go ahead and be bad for a day and then get back on track. This isn't a diet, but a lifestyle. I've got your back and you've got mine!

Our journey never ends as there's no destination~
